What motivates me most is the opportunity to be part of a group of experienced Portfolio Executives who are committed to elevating standards together. After years working across M&A, capital structuring, strategic CFO roles, and international advisory, I’ve seen firsthand how much stronger decision-making becomes when seasoned executives openly exchange frameworks, governance practices, and capital allocation discipline. Joining the Portfolio Executive Community is about being part of a peer environment where best practices are discussed, challenged, refined, and strengthened collectively.
I’m particularly drawn to the idea of contributing to – and learning from – a stellar team of executives who believe that collaboration sharpens judgment and improves business performance. For me, the real value is in the collective intelligence of the group – the ability to elevate not just one company, but an entire ecosystem through shared insight and disciplined execution.
After a few years in investment banking and consulting, and completing my MBA at Cornell alongside a few entrepreneurial experiences, I decided it was time to start my own business to help other companies thrive. Bonomics was founded with the mission of transforming how companies engage with the business economy – delivering financial strategy solutions that balance growth with sustainability. We are more than a financial advisory firm; we are a strategic intelligence ecosystem connecting Brazil, the United States, and Italy, and promoting best practices in financial management and strategy. I help expand possibilities and make sustainable financial management a practical and actionable part of everyday business.
My first success came early in my career in investment banking, where I closed two transactions in the first year: one senior loan for a philanthropic hospital with a development bank, and one M&A transaction. Later, with Bonomics, I structured strategies for startups in an accelerator I collaborated with, enabling them to secure funding. These same strategies were subsequently successful for a startup in Brazil.
Along the way, I’ve learned several key lessons: growth without governance creates fragility; finance discipline is more powerful than top-line excitement; simplicity drives execution; transparency builds trust; and capital follows clarity. Working internationally also taught me that while markets differ, sound financial structure and disciplined capital allocation are universal languages. Perhaps most importantly, I’ve learned that collaboration accelerates performance. Being part of the Portfolio Executive Community means sharing insights, avoiding repeated mistakes, and raising standards collectively.
It works for me now because my experience has become cumulative. I have established practices that work across different industries and funding stages, and I believe this is exactly where I can contribute meaningfully to a team of experienced Portfolio Executives.
Looking ahead, I hope to contribute actively to support the community, share financial insights that improve finance management, learn from experienced operators and investors, help build resilient, well-governed, high-performing businesses, and bridge growth with sustainability and long-term value creation.
