I am passionate about helping people succeed, achieve their ambitions, and realise their dreams. The role of a Portfolio Executive offers me the chance to work with talented colleagues and be exposed to a diverse range of industries and individuals at various stages of their journey—from startups to established businesses preparing for exit.

As a former business owner, I understand the value of having access to the services a Portfolio Executive provides. Unfortunately, such support wasn’t available to me at the time, but it would have made a significant difference.

In this role, I can now share the insights and experiences I’ve gained throughout my career. My goal is to add value, offer meaningful advice, and help ensure my clients reach their objectives.

I first stepped into a Portfolio Executive role when I was asked to develop a recruitment strategy for a client struggling to attract and retain sales staff. My initial success came when my own business was ranked among the top 50 fastest-growing private companies.

Over the years, I’ve learned many valuable lessons—both from my personal experiences and from observing others. One key takeaway is the importance of balancing revenue with profit, as the saying goes, “Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity.”

Looking ahead, I hope to continue making a difference and giving back in meaningful ways.
