I have an entrepreneurial spirit and after successfully working for organisations for many years i wanted the joy and freedom to set up and run my own business venture.
Aged 42, I kick-started PDX, to evangelise high-performance teamwork from the inside-out – a radical new idea linking coaching, soft skills, EQ and mindset to forge thriving workplaces. More recently I set up PDQ to build better business in a rapidly changing world.
My first success was when I supported the £100m sale of a Telecoms company (a digital telephony category leader) by providing an executive coaching programme to senior people over 2-years, directed at performance and growth to gear up a sale-ready proposition.
Today, With 16 years traction, PDX and PDQ steps up business for many SMEs as well as known brands, stirring smart people to collaborate and make a difference around the world – Africa, US, CE and AP. In a rapidly changing world, PDX use inside-out principles to help progressive leaders and business to get away from the mediocrity of meh!
Moving forwards I hope to grow and nurture a new business start-up venture called InspiredCEOs that I recently co-founded with 3 other colleagues.
