I was inspired to become a Portfolio Executive when I realised that my diverse experience in field-service-driven businesses equips me with the ability to creatively identify critical changes that transform businesses and successfully implement them.

My career began with a project in Shepherds Bush, London, managing the first tube station refurbishment required for the operation of the White City shopping centre. This £11m M&E design-and-build project spanned 18 weeks and involved coordinating 650 operatives and 50 staff. My role focused on completing the critical MEP installation, a responsibility that required meticulous planning and execution. Managing such a large, multi-disciplinary team with varied agendas was challenging, yet essential to delivering the project successfully.

Since that project, I have consistently demonstrated an ability to quickly review, diagnose, and resolve operational challenges that hinder high performance. I specialise in initiating and leading change programmes that drive improvement.

My career has been built on transforming businesses with operational complexities through creative process improvement, financial discipline, and a keen focus on performance and revenue growth. As an MBA-qualified engineer and business specialist with security clearance, I bring a robust combination of technical knowledge, strategic insight, and operational leadership.
