I enjoy bringing my 30 years of experience to innovative companies, where I can make a meaningful impact.
I got started by saying yes. When offered an internship at HP, I said yes. When asked to invest in and join Fulcrum, I said yes. Over time, I’ve found that being open to a wide range of conversations leads to interesting and exciting opportunities where I can contribute in a significant way.
My first major success came from helping drive revenue at Fulcrum Technologies from $1M to over $20M in just three years.
Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of asking a lot of questions and making no assumptions. You may have a great solution, but if you assume the market will understand it and adopt it without proper positioning, you may be in for a rude shock.
It’s working for me now because, after 30 years, I bring a strong level of context to every conversation. Applying that experience to the challenges faced by innovative companies allows me to give solid advice and support effective execution.
Looking ahead, I hope to continue learning about new technologies and approaches for many years to come.
