My specialty is guiding companies through structural change, whether they are starting out with a business plan, scaling, experiencing accelerated growth, expanding into new markets, navigating M&A, carve-outs, restructuring, or financial distress. In every case, legal is both an opportunity and a risk, and getting the strategy right from the outset saves time and avoids delays later on. Companies going through these transitions often do not know exactly what they need or for how long, making a flexible solution far more valuable than an expensive, time-consuming hiring decision at a time of uncertainty. That is why I chose to offer my services through my own company rather than remain in full-time employment. Being part of a community of like-minded professionals also provides valuable cross-functional perspectives and market insight.
I got started by building on the strength of my professional network, which has been a tremendous asset in establishing and growing the business.
One of my first milestones was successfully completing two non-legal education programmes to strengthen my executive profile. I achieved the European Board of Directors certificate with an exam score of 93% and completed an international mediation certification, broadening my ability to support boards and leadership teams beyond legal expertise.
As my portfolio career develops, I continue to build on both my legal and executive experience, combining technical expertise with broader commercial and strategic perspectives to support businesses through periods of change.
The flexibility of the portfolio model allows me to work alongside organisations at the points where they need specialist legal and strategic support most, while bringing experience from a range of different businesses and situations.
